Accomplishments...
- MRM:Revised MRM Binder Lending section, have reduced the size as well as the cost to a tenth of what it used to be.Successfully ran a total of four, MRM Day 1 and 2 with 36 participants.
- HISP:Developed and delivered in collaboration with NCC "Knowing Jumpstart HISP" an online product training tool. One of the first of its kind, modeled from New Hire Program.
- Lending Training Modularized:
Met with Peter, Michelle, Kelly, Jerry, Simon; outcomes include getting back on track to completing the program with a better sense of each other expectations.Will be drawing out a timeline with Simon, to complete the work. - "Welcome to Vancity" site created on Insite.
A place where new staff from the recent merger can visit to access information or material relevant to them.
