  • Attended Leadership Meltdown: Freez webinar -- ODL
  • Met with Diane R, created story board for 90 Day Calendar to be posted to insite
  • Updated online product knowledge for Jumpstart -- Marketing
  • Attended "Learning Strategy - vetting Draft" -- Simon/ODL
  • Updated online MRM process charts for applications in MRM on insite-- ODL
  • Assisted in completeing "Work Package Plans-HRIS Compensation" -- Simon/EPMO
  • Demonstrated account openning process in MRM to vmax team -- vmax BA
  • Provided feedback to participants of New Hire Program-Using Electronic Tools "Check my sig"-- ODL

Plans/Current Work…

  • Assist in developing an exit strategy from VTSCU merger, touch base with Simon if he want me to play a part in this task -- Simon/Field Trainers
  • Lending Training Modularized, continue work 7 and send for review -- ODL
  • Construct a timeline to help complete remaining work and continuing with remaining work.

  • Worked with Help Desk to resolve user issues with MRM -- Staff/Help Desk

  • Assisted in the clean-up of training and storage rooms on the 12th -- ODL

  • Successfully delivered MRM Day 1 training -- ODL

  • Met with Ian C to voice my concerns regarding DR Teams stance on MRM our existing CRM -- ODL

  • Met with Mike Canfield with Inventure for a demo using a utility to capture a record in RFS -- vmax/Artemis

  • Assisted in setting up VC member account for vmax help -- Artemis/vmax/ODL

  • Completed "ME & MY TEAM" Worksheet

Accomplishments...

  • MRM:Revised MRM Binder Lending section, have reduced the size as well as the cost to a tenth of what it used to be.Successfully ran a total of four, MRM Day 1 and 2 with 36 participants.
  • HISP:Developed and delivered in collaboration with NCC "Knowing Jumpstart HISP" an online product training tool. One of the first of its kind, modeled from New Hire Program.
  • Lending Training Modularized:
    Met with Peter, Michelle, Kelly, Jerry, Simon; outcomes include getting back on track to completing the program with a better sense of each other expectations.Will be drawing out a timeline with Simon, to complete the work.
  • "Welcome to Vancity" site created on Insite.
    A place where new staff from the recent merger can visit to access information or material relevant to them.

Misc...One on One with Susan July 3rd, action item outcomes:

  • Follow-up with New Hire Program-
    Done! - team re classroom session:Result of discussion with Leona; her and Diane are working on the classroom portion and will request my involvement as required.
