Hi Adrian,
It was great to see you on Tuesday! I’m following up to confirm your MSC classroom training will start October 3rd and run for four weeks. It will be followed by one week of practicum and then one week of T24 training. You’ll be receiving an invite from our Learning and Development Team with the exact location and the start time of your training.
You’ll be at the MSC from October 3rd to February 18th supporting and assisting our members. Please let us know if you have any pre-approved scheduled vacation during this time.
We’re very appreciative to have you join the MSC Member Care Team temporarily during this very exciting time in Vancity’s journey.
